Default Some questions on the Va Beach MCA show

Having never been to a show like this I have some questions:
1. Do I have to be there every day or just Saturday and Sunday?
2. If I decide to stay overnight, what does everybody do with their cars? Do the cars stay in the lot? Is there security?
3. I understand there are no car show displays permitted although the judges would like a list of mods. Is a 3 ring binder with pictures, etc. permissible?
4. I understand that irregardless of what was checked off during registration, the cars will be classified at the show. I figure I'll be in the modified class, but is 2700 miles per year considered driven or occasional driven? I'm just curious here, I realize we're not the ones hosting the show.
5. There is no number 5.
6. Are we still hosting the children's activities?
7. What am I forgetting?
8. This time I know exactly where I'm going.

2. If I decide to stay overnight, what does everybody do with their cars? Do the cars stay in the lot? Is there security? You may leave your car on the show grounds or take it with you to the hotel, there is 24 hour security at the show grounds. Not sure i would advise leaving it though.
3. I understand there are no car show displays permitted although the judges would like a list of mods. Is a 3 ring binder with pictures, etc. permissible? yes a 3 ring binder is the way to go.
4. I understand that irregardless of what was checked off during registration, the cars will be classified at the show. Yes they will check your classification and it may be different than what you checked on the registration form. If you are a member of MCA you can check the classification guidelines online. Actually you may even be able to access it without being a member, not sure.
5. There is no number 5.
6. Are we still hosting the children's activities? Yes
7. What am I forgetting? sunscreen, lol
8. This time I know exactly where I'm going.
Hope this helps, if you have other questions, please ask.
